We’re all about seasonal and local produce here at The Boot. With our own kitchen garden, chickens and smokehouse, much of what we cook is from our very own produce! We source all our game, meat and seafood from local sustainable game keepers, farmers and fishermen.

We are able to make the majority of our dishes gluten free. If you’d like this option, just let one of our team members know when they take your order at the table.

We also have a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu.

In addition to the menu below, we’ll be offering seasonal specials as they are available.

Sunday roasts are a big deal here at The Freston Boot.  Our chefs start slow roasting, filleting and basting early in the week to prepare for your perfect roast on Sunday!
